Activities included in the experience
- Guided tour of the Sagardoetxea – Basque Cider Museum (Astigarraga). The guided tour includes cider tasting.
- Lunch at a traditional cider house. Traditional cider menu consisting of cod omelette, fried cod with peppers, rib eye steak, cheese with walnuts and quince and cider with a “txotx”.
- Guided tour of the Adarrazpi cheese factory (Urnieta). You will learn all the secrets of Idiazabal cheese production. After visiting the facilities, you will learn step by step about the whole process involved in its production. The visit includes a workshop and a tasting of dairy products.
