Gaztañaga cider house

Open all year round. They use their own apples and those of other local producers in 30-40% of their cider production. The rest of the apples used in production are brought in from Galicia and France.

Description

This cider house was opened to the public in 1990 even though they had been making cider for domestic use all their life. Since the 90´s, they have considered this activity as their way of life and have made important investments in cutting edge technology. Nowadays, it is a totally modern cider house.

In season (January – April): Meals and dinners every days. Closed on Monday noon and Sunday night.

Out of season (May – December): Meals and dinners every days. Closed on Monday noon and Sunday night.
