Itxas-Buru cider house

Open during the txotx season (January to April). Indigenous varieties and home grown apples take priority here.


This cider house was founded in 1982 by the owner, Ascensio Intxauspe. Although the art of cider making had always been known in the family, it was only in the 80s that they started making cider professionally.

Meals and dinners

In season (January – April): Meals and dinners every days. Closed on Sunday night, Mondays and Tuesdays.

Out of season (May – December): Closed.
