Within the VI Sagardo Forum, on November 20 and 21 (Thursday and Friday) in the morning, the technical sessions will be held at Erribera Kulturgunea in Astigarraga (see location). National and international professionals and experts will share their knowledge of apples and cider, as well as the culture, heritage, and tourism associated with this product. In this way, they will offer a comprehensive overview of recent developments in the world of cider.
