Sagardo Forum 2025
Organized by Sagardoaren Lurraldea, the sixth edition of the SAGARDO FORUM will take place from November 20 to 22, 2025, in Astigarraga and Donostia-San Sebastián. This event is dedicated to apples, their derivatives, and the culture and tourism surrounding cider.
The 2025 edition of Sagardo Forum will feature a variety of activities:
- Technical sessions on apples, cider, cider tourism, and cultural heritage, held on Thursday and Friday, November 20–21, at Erribera Kulturgunea (Astigarraga), with contributions from national and international experts.
- The 6th International Cider Competition on Thursday, November 20, at the Basque Culinary Center (Donostia-San Sebastián). In this competition, expert tasters from around the world (including sommeliers, oenologists, chefs, etc.) will evaluate and award different cider categories.
- The 4th International Cider Fair on Saturday, November 22, also at the Basque Culinary Center, where attendees will be able to taste a wide range of local, national, and international ciders.
The program will be complemented by excursions and special dinners.
