Organized by Sagardoaren Lurraldea, the XXXIII Sagardo Berriaren Eguna 2026 will be celebrated on January 14th, to welcome the new harvest and begin enjoying the new cider.
Xabier Urdangarin, mayor of Astigarraga, will begin the press conference at 12:00 in Erribera Kulturgunea (Astigarraga) together with representatives of the Basque Government, the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa and the Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin, where the characteristics of the 2025 harvest, the new cider and the latest developments in the sector will be presented.
