On 18-19 November, the technical conferences will be held at Erribera Kulturgunea in Astigarraga, where 13 local, national and international professionals will provide knowledge on three thematic areas: apples, cider and cider makers as a tourist resource. On 19-20 November, the III International Cider Competition will be held at the Kursaal Conference Centre in Donostia-San Sebastián.

On 18-19 November, the technical conferences will be held at Erribera Kulturgunea in Astigarraga, where 13 local, national and international professionals will provide knowledge on three thematic areas: apples, cider and cider makers as a tourist resource.
On 19-20 November, the III International Cider Competition will be held at the Kursaal Conference Centre in Donostia-San Sebastián. Prestigious tasters from all over the world (experts accredited by the BJCP Beer Judge Certification Program, sommeliers, oenologists, journalists and bloggers from the world of wine, beer and gastronomy, etc.) will taste different types of cider classified in 9 categories to select the best ciders presented to the competition. So far, ciders from 12 countries have been registered: Spain, United States, Italy, Austria, Poland, Norway, Lithuania, Germany, France, Portugal, Czech Republic and United Kingdom.
The II International Cider Fair will be held on 20-21 November at the Kursaal Conference Centre in Donostia-San Sebastian. The fair will be aimed at both the general public and the professional public and different types of local, national and international cider will be available for tasting: ice ciders, flavoured ciders, apfelwein or apple wine, sparkling ciders...
