La Sagardoetxea est un espace de découverte de la culture du sagardoa, marque identitaire des basques et de leurs coutumes. C’est aussi une manière d’apprendre au contact de la nature, en regardant, touchant et goûtant… Txotx Sagardoetxea is a place to enjoy the culture of ‘sagardoa’, a symbol of identity of the Basque people and their customs. Come learn about cider in contact with nature, by seeing, touching and tasting... Txotx! Espace muséographique Museum Pommeraie Apple orchard Dégustation Cider tasting Dégustation Le troisième volet de la sagardoetxea est consacré à la dégustation du sagardoa et tout spécialement à l’initiation au rite du txotx. Une boutique complète l’ensemble où vous trouverez un grand nombre de marques de sagardoa, d’autres produits dérivés de la pomme, des articles de service, des souvenirs, etc... Cider tasting The third area of Sagardoetxea is dedicated to cider tasting and the ritual of testing the cider straight from the cask – ‘txotx’. At Sagardoetxea visitors will also find a shop where they can purchase a wide variety of ciders and apple products, as well as souvenirs, promotional merchandise, written materials and other such information related to the world of the ‘sagardoa’. Pommeraie La pommeraie est un espace à ciel ouvert dans lequel vous pourrez découvrir la culture de la pomme de manière pédagogique et dynamique. De multiples démonstrations et animations y sont organisées pour relier le visiteur à cette nature si fascinante qui prend ici la forme d’un verger pédagogique. La pommeraie de la sagardoetxea permet d’observer et d’étudier dans un même endroit les différents modes de conduite des arbres ainsi qu’un grand nombre de variétés de pommes d’Euskal Herria. Apple orchard Our showcase apple orchard is an outdoor space where visitors can learn about the culture of apples in a dynamic and educational setting. The area is used as an exhibition space and classroom for activities including apple grafting and planting, making it fun to learn about the fascinating relationship between apples and nature. The Sagardoetxea orchard is a place to observe and study different ways of planting apples and discover the wide variety of apples grown in Euskal Herria.
