Le Mus\u00e9e compte aujourd\u2019hui trois espaces pour appr\u00e9hender l\u2019histoire et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la pomme et du cidre. La investigadora Lourdes Odriozola ha analizado sentencias y documentos legales, y gracias a la informaci\u00f3n obtenida, la exposici\u00f3n describe la sociedad de la \u00e9poca y la situaci\u00f3n de la sidra, informaci\u00f3n que ha sido completada con ilustraciones de Jokin Mitxelena.<\/p>\n<p>Valientes, listas, de las que no se amedrentan ante las injusticias. As\u00ed eran Mar\u00eda Labayen, Mar\u00eda de Echevarr\u00eda, Ana de Beroiz y Fagola, y Mar\u00eda Josefa de Orobio. Adem\u00e1s, fueron emprendedoras y la sidra fue la base de su oficio o negocio. Precisamente, \u00e9se es el \u00fanico v\u00ednculo entre estas mujeres. Pero son s\u00f3lo cuatro ejemplos, ya que muchas mujeres trabajaron en la venta o producci\u00f3n de manzana y sidra. Les \u00ab\u00a0fleuves du cidre\u00a0\u00bb Urumea et Oria, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 source de richesse et de vie, les autoroutes de l\u2019antiquit\u00e9 et les centres pionniers des nouvelles technologies. Cela dit, la trajectoire du secteur n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 homog\u00e8ne et a v\u00e9cue des changements tout au long de son histoire pour diverse raisons.
