Se saborea tal cual, aunque tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar para la decoraci\u00f3n de los pasteles.<\/p>\n<p><b><em>Ingredientes<\/em>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Manzanas deshidratadas en rodajas.<br \/>\n&#8211; Chocolate de cobertura.<\/p>\n<p><b><em>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/em>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Primero hay que quitar el coraz\u00f3n de la manzana cruda, cortarla en rodajas de 2 mm de espesor quedando el agujero perpendicular al corte. Salpicar cada rodaja con un poco de az\u00facar cristal. Colocarlas en la bandeja del horno, encima de una hoja de papel de horno y dejarlas secar 6 horas en el horno a 70\u00b0 C y con la ventilaci\u00f3n puesta. Dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fundir el chocolate cobertura al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda hasta lograr una consistencia l\u00edquida que permita una buena adherencia del chocolate a la fruta seca. Si el chocolate no llega al punto de liquidez, a\u00f1adir un poco de leche.<\/p>\n<p>3. Empapar las rodajas de manzana en el chocolate. Es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil no empapar m\u00e1s que la mitad de la fruta para poder agarrarlas y a continuaci\u00f3n dejarlas secar.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dejar enfriar el chocolate. Un buen medio es suspender las rodajas enfiladas en un palito de brocheta encima de un recipiente bastante alto para evitar que los frutos toquen el fondo del plato. Si hace demasiado calor en la cocina, el enfriamiento del chocolate puede hacerse en el frigor\u00edfico. Se recomienda consumir estas \u201cchorradicas\u201d en el plazo de un mes.
