Mikrouhingailuan 150 gr. gurin sartzen ditugu pomada puntuan eta 150 gr. azukre eransten dizkiogu. Irabiagailuarekin nahasten dugu eta arrautzak gehitzen dizkiogu.<br \/>\nBanaka, esnea, hirina eta legamia gehitzen dizkiogu eta irabiagailuarekin nahasten dugu dena. Hasieratik labea piztuta utziko dugu 180\u00batara berotzen joan dadin. Moldean gurina jartzen dugu eta ogi xehetuaz hautseztatzen dugu. Orea moldean botatzen dugu, sagarrak eransten dizkiogu eta gainetik 50 gr. gurin gehitzen dizkiogu. Orea pastaren gainean botako dugu eta zatikaturiko sagarra gainean jarriko dugu. 40 minutuz labean sartuko dugu 160\u00batara. Denbora hau pasata, labetik atera eta hozten utziko dugu.
