Sagardo Berriaren Eguna. Antes ha plantado un nuevo manzano en el manzanal de Sagardoetxea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El evento ha empezado en el Museo <a href=\"http:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=7a1aabdae09162a5da4245c4f&amp;id=7ccf78201c&amp;e=54baedc6dc\"><strong>Sagardoetxea<\/strong><\/a> con una rueda de prensa con <strong>Zorione Etxazarraga<\/strong> (Teniente de alcalde Astigarraga), <strong>Alfredo Retortillo <\/strong>(Consejero de Turismo, Comercio y Consumo), <strong>Denis Itxaso<\/strong> (Diputado de Cultura, Turismo, Juventud y Deportes), <strong>Ainhoa Aizpuru<\/strong> (Diputada de Promoci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica, Medio Rural y Equilibrio Territorial), <strong>Bittor Oroz<\/strong> (Viceconjero de Agricultura, Pesca y Pol\u00edtica Alimentaria),<strong> Joxe Angel Go\u00f1i<\/strong> (portavoz de sidreros de Sagardoaren Lurraldea) y el cocinero<strong> Eneko Atxa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la rueda de prensa, Eneko Atxa ha plantado un nuevo <strong>manzano<\/strong> en el manzanal de Sagardoetxea y despu\u00e9s, ha llegado el momento m\u00e1s esperado del evento: en la<strong> sidrer\u00eda <a href=\"http:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.us10.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=7a1aabdae09162a5da4245c4f&amp;id=d7b1135959&amp;e=54baedc6dc\">Zapiain<\/a><\/strong> de Astigarraga, Eneko ha abierto la primera kupela al grito de <strong>\u201cGure Sagardo Berria\u201d<\/strong>,<strong> inaugurando la temporada del txotx 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La sidra<\/strong><br \/>\nLa cosecha del 2016 en Euskal Herria se ha traducido en la elaboraci\u00f3n de alrededor de 12,5 millones de litros de sagardoa.<br \/>\nCata de sagardoa:<br \/>\n&#8211; Sagardoa de <strong>m\u00e1s color <\/strong>que en a\u00f1os anteriores debido a las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e1nicas de la cosecha.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sagardoa de <strong>mucho cuerpo<\/strong> que da una buena sequedad en la boca.<br \/>\n&#8211; A la vez son sidras naturales <strong>muy arom\u00e1ticas<\/strong>, con olores que van desde c\u00edtricos hasta llegar a fruta madura, dependiendo de las mezclas varietales de cada sidrer\u00eda.<br \/>\n&#8211; En general, se trata de una sagardoa <strong>muy afrutada, con un granillo ideal<\/strong> en el vaso.<br \/>\n&#8211; Las sagardoas de la cosecha del 2016 son <strong>f\u00e1ciles de beber y con final secante y elegante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al grito de \u00abGure Sagardo Berria\u00bb, el cocinero Eneko Atxa ha abierto la nueva temporada del txotx 2017 en la sidrer\u00eda Zapiain de Astigarraga con la celebraci\u00f3n de XXIV.
