Descubierto su potencial comercial, hubo en esta \u00e9poca rotativos de car\u00e1cter popular entre los que encontraba el semanal <i>Revista popular de conocimientos \u00fatiles<\/i><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta publicaci\u00f3n madrile\u00f1a, que sal\u00eda a la venta todos los domingos,<i> <\/i>comenz\u00f3 su singladura el 3 de octubre de 1880 y edit\u00f3 su \u00faltimo n\u00famero el 30 de diciembre de 1889. Su filosof\u00eda era de la proporcionar a sus lectores conocimientos \u00fatiles sobre cultivo, ganader\u00eda, arte, historia, arquitectura, oficios, qu\u00edmica, matem\u00e1ticas, mec\u00e1nica\u2026 Muchas de sus noticias nos resultan hoy en d\u00eda muy curiosas. Una de ellas es la receta para la elaboraci\u00f3n de \u201csidra casera\u201d, aparecida en el ejemplar del 31 de julio de 1881, que os hoy os mostramos en esta l\u00edneas.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2945\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Revisra-Popular2...jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2945\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2945\" alt=\"Revisra Popular2..\" src=\"https:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Revisra-Popular2...jpg\" width=\"140\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2945\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fuente. Centro de Documentaci\u00f3n de Sagardoaren Lurraldea.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><b><i>Sidra casera.- <\/i><\/b><i>Se pone en un barril \u00f3 tonel de suficiente capacidad para 90 litros de agua, 4 kilogramos de manzanas aplastadas y secadas al horno, 2 kil\u00f3gramos de uva de Samos y 250 gramos de bayas de Ginebra; tres d\u00edas despu\u00e9s se a\u00f1ade \u00e1 esta mezcla un litro de alcohol de remolacha.
