{"id":17717,"date":"2013-03-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-03-10T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/blog\/zelaia-sagardoa-ha-realizado-una-jornada-de-innovacion-en-el-basque-culinary-center\/"},"modified":"2013-03-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2013-03-10T22:00:00","slug":"zelaia-sagardoa-ha-realizado-una-jornada-de-innovacion-en-el-basque-culinary-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/es\/blog\/zelaia-sagardoa-ha-realizado-una-jornada-de-innovacion-en-el-basque-culinary-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Zelaia Sagardoa ha realizado una jornada de innovaci\u00f3n en el Basque Culinary Center."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/121220_Zelaia_berrikuntza.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1954\" alt=\"121220_zelaia_berrikuntza-jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/121220_Zelaia_berrikuntza-300x200.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Zelaia Sagardoa<\/b> ha celebrado hoy a la ma\u00f1ana una jornada de innovaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n sobre el futuro del mundo de la sidra y de Zelaia en el Basque Culinary Center; jornada en la que se ha reflexionado y discutido sobre qu\u00e9 caminos se deber\u00e1n seguir en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Tal como ha querido subrayar el propio Jose Antonio Gaincerain, el responsable m\u00e1ximo de Zelaia Sagardoa hasta ahora, los quehaceres de su generaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente finalizados: se ha conseguido recuperar y reforzar la sidra, y en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se han invertido muchos esfuerzos en el \u00e1mbito de la calidad; es reflejo de ello Gorenak.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora se debe pasar el testigo a las nuevas generaciones, que vienen pidiendo su sitio. Y la responsabilidad y el \u00faltimo quehacer de la generaci\u00f3n actual es facilitar ese cambio: transmitirles su conocimiento y una manera de estar en el mundo a las generaciones venideras. Dicho eso, Jose Antonio Gaincerain ha informado de que se retira, y que de aqu\u00ed en adelante, Zelaia Sagardoa lo liderar\u00e1n sus hijas Oihana y Jaione; ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo y t\u00e9cnico de marketing y gesti\u00f3n de empresa, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Gaincerain ha querido hacer hincapi\u00e9 en que el mundo de la sidra es lo que es y ha conseguido lo que ha conseguido gracias a la gente, a la comunidad; y Zelaia Sagardoa est\u00e1 muy agradecida por todo ello. En todo ese camino, Zelaia se ha encontrado con mucha y diferente gente y ha querido compartir la jornada de innovaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n de hoy con algunos de ellos. En efecto, el futuro de Zelaia tambi\u00e9n se tiene que construir entre todos.
