Por primera vez se organiza en la localidad la <strong>Semana del Bacalao<\/strong>, que convertir\u00e1 a este producto en el principal referente gastron\u00f3mico durante los siete d\u00edas. El d\u00eda grande ser\u00e1 el domingo 28, con un concurso de bacalao al pil-pil, adem\u00e1s de degustaci\u00f3n de pintxos y sidra.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>programa <\/strong>previsto es el siguiente:<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>22 de octubre<\/strong>: <em>Disfrutando del bacalao: degustaci\u00f3n de sidra y bacalao <\/em>y <em>show cooking con bacalao<\/em>, en el Basque Culinary Center a las 19.00 horas.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>23 de octubre<\/strong>: Mesa redonda en Biteri Kultur Etxea (Hernani), a las 19:00 horas. <em>&#8216;Sentido y sensibilidad. An\u00e1lisis, percepci\u00f3n, sensaci\u00f3n y emoci\u00f3n: El men\u00fa de sidrer\u00eda&#8217;<\/em>. Dr. I\u00f1aki \u00c1lava (BCC.
