{"id":17607,"date":"2012-03-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-03-25T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/blog\/el-tolare-con-el-que-se-elaboraba-la-sidra-su-tesoro\/"},"modified":"2012-03-26T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2012-03-25T22:00:00","slug":"el-tolare-con-el-que-se-elaboraba-la-sidra-su-tesoro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/es\/blog\/el-tolare-con-el-que-se-elaboraba-la-sidra-su-tesoro\/","title":{"rendered":"El tolare con el que se elaboraba la sidra, su tesoro."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los antiguos due\u00f1os del <strong>caser\u00edo Munto <\/strong>decidieron, poco antes de vender la propiedad, ceder el <strong>tolare <\/strong>y todo el instrumental de fabricaci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de la <strong>sidra<\/strong>, as\u00ed como diferentes <strong>piezas etnogr\u00e1ficas<\/strong>, a <strong>Lantxabe <\/strong>-la Asociaci\u00f3n de Vecinos de Aiete- que pronto encontraron un nuevo emplazamiento en el <strong>caser\u00edo Katxola.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, el que fuera el lagar de Munto volvi\u00f3 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s a <strong>elaborar sidra<\/strong>. Katxola est\u00e1 ubicado junto al paseo de Oriamendi y se fund\u00f3 durante la segunda mitad del siglo XVII. Naci\u00f3 como una simple granja familiar que ocasionalmente vend\u00eda sidra y otros productos en el mercado donostiarra.
