{"id":17476,"date":"2011-03-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-03-15T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/blog\/karlos-arguinano-abre-la-nueva-temporada-de-sidra\/"},"modified":"2011-03-16T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-03-15T22:00:00","slug":"karlos-arguinano-abre-la-nueva-temporada-de-sidra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sagardoarenlurraldea.eus\/es\/blog\/karlos-arguinano-abre-la-nueva-temporada-de-sidra\/","title":{"rendered":"Karlos Argui\u00f1ano abre la nueva temporada de sidra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El c\u00e9lebre cocinero <strong>Karlos Argui\u00f1ano <\/strong>ha sido el responsable de inaugurar <strong>la temporada del &#8216;txotx&#8217; de 2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagardoetxea.com\/sagardomundua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/O9U8851.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-207\" title=\"Karlos Argui\u00f1ano\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sagardoetxea.com\/sagardomundua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/O9U8851-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><strong>Argi\u00f1ano <\/strong>ha saludado el nuevo caldo en la <strong>sidrer\u00eda <a href=\"http:\/\/www.petritegi.com\">Petritegi <\/a>de Astigarraga<\/strong>, donde se ha probado la primera <strong>sidra en barrica<\/strong>, un producto \u00abarom\u00e1tico, refrescante y de largo recorrido en boca\u00bb, seg\u00fan ha descrito el portavoz de los sidreros de Gipuzkoa, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Angel Go\u00f1i<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El cocinero, exultante de felicidad, ha tenido el honor de ser <strong>el primero en probar la sidra nueva <\/strong>al grito en euskera de \u00abaqu\u00ed tenemos la sidra nueva de este a\u00f1o\u00bb, que, tras degustarla, ha definido como \u00abgoxua\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Antes del tradicional acto en la sidrer\u00eda, los productores <strong>han presentado la temporada en una rueda de prensa a la que ha asistido Argi\u00f1ano<\/strong>, junto con representantes institucionales como el alcalde de Astigarraga, <strong>Bixente Agirrezabalaga<\/strong>, el viceconsejero de Pesca e Industrias Alimentarias, <strong>Jon Azkue<\/strong>, y el diputado de Desarrollo del Medio Rural de Gipuzkoa, <strong>Rafael Uribarren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Go\u00f1i ha explicado que <strong>la producci\u00f3n de manzana aut\u00f3ctona <\/strong>ha sido mucho m\u00e1s abundante en 2010 que en 2009, sin llegar a las cantidades de la cosecha \u00abhist\u00f3rica\u00bb de 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, este aumento en la producci\u00f3n de manzana no se ha traducido en un incremento similar en la cantidad de litros de sidra, pr\u00f3xima a los <strong>10 millones<\/strong>, similar a la de la temporada anterior.<\/p>\n<p>La contenci\u00f3n en la elaboraci\u00f3n de sidra se ha debido a que los productores han adoptado una \u00abactitud prudente\u00bb como consecuencia de la crisis econ\u00f3mica, seg\u00fan han explicado los sidreros de Gipuzkoa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El c\u00e9lebre cocinero Karlos Argui\u00f1ano ha sido el responsable de inaugurar la temporada del &#8216;txotx&#8217; de 2011.
