\n11:30 h.: Workshops of the network of enogastronomy museums: Sagardoetxea, Igartubeiti, Gaztaren Interpretazio Zentroa, Txakolingunea and Gatz Museoa. Each will offer a 40-minute workshop until 15:00, in this corresponding order.
