The guided tour includes cider tasting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch at a traditional cider house<\/strong>. Traditional cider menu consisting of cod omelette, fried cod with peppers, rib eye steak, cheese with walnuts and quince and cider with a &#8220;txotx&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Guided tour of the <strong>Adarrazpi cheese factory<\/strong> (Urnieta). You will learn all the secrets of Idiazabal cheese production. After visiting the facilities, you will learn step by step about the whole process involved in its production.
