“Hip Hip Urri!” at Sagardoetxea
During the month of October, Sagardoetxea participates in the project "Hip Hip Urri!" with a special programme for families that consists of a workshop for making apple wort. Families participate in the cider-making process in the traditional style: picking apples with a “kizkia” (stick with pointed end), and crushing apples with mashers, pressing, and tasting the elaborated wort. The activity is free for children and the price for adults is €4 per person.

Dentro de las Jornadas Europeas del Patrimonio 2019, el 19 de octubre Sagardoetxea celebrará un taller de txalaparta y kirikoketa para familias*. La txalaparta es un instrumento musical muy conocido y del ámbito cultural en Euskal Herria, y su origen está estrechamente relacionado con los trabajos de elaboración de la sidra.
